Xiaoqing Bai (白小青), born in April 5, 1966, founded ActionPower back in 1996 when he decided to take a shift in his career path from a researcher at Xi'an Jiaotong University to an entrepreneur leading the power electronics industry ahead. He is now the Chairman and General Manager of Xi'an ActionPower Electric Co., Ltd. - a publicly listed company in STAR Market with stock code of 688719.SH.
