ActionPower High-power Test Solution

ActionPower high-power test solution is the industry’s most flexible power supply test solution, capable of supporting power up to 10MVA. We are able to provide not only the entire system design solution but also the mature application case design acceptance and delivery work.
This solution consists of multiple 1MW AGS grid simulators in parallel on the AC side and multiple 1MW ABS battery simulators in parallel on the DC side. AGL can simulate linear RLC loads, rectifier loads, and switching loads, filling a gap in the market for high-power AC electronic loads.
We can customize the multi-station design to meet specific customer needs. This means that depending on the test capacity, we can design a certain number of test stations by switching the AC and DC switching cabinets. This helps to improve the testing efficiency and ensure the flexibility of the testing process.

ActionPower Modular Test Solution ​

ActionPower modular test solution simulates the conditions of electrical and electronic equipment or components by accurately outputting specific voltages, currents, and waveforms.
The solution consists of the PRE20 AC programmable power supply, which can simulate the AC grid and act as a feedback-type AC electronic load, and the PRD, which has both source and load functions and is capable of simulating battery and photovoltaic characteristics.
Our modular test solutions play a key role in the testing process for the new energy industry, including testing wind turbines, energy storage systems (ESS), photovoltaic, hydrogen, smart grid solutions, uninterrupted power supplies (UPS) in data centers, electric vehicles, and on-board chargers (OBC). By simulating different grid conditions and load variations, the solution helps engineers evaluate and optimize new energy technologies to advance the industry.

High Accuracy

The PRE20 series provides up to 0.01% ± 0.05% F.S. output voltage accuracy and ±0.05% F.S. load adjustable rate accuracy. The PRD series offers output voltage and current accuracy of up to ±0.02% F.S.

High Dynamic Response

PRE20 series have a voltage slew rate greater than 3.0V/µs. The PRD series’ rise time from 10% to 90% is only 318µs.

High Power Density

The PRD bidirectional DC power supply can deliver up to 30kW of power in a 3U volume. A single standard 42U rack is capable of accommodating 300 kW capacity.
