Headquarters in Xi'an

ActionPower’s new headquarters, located at No. 3333 Run De Rd., Chang’an District, Xi’an, is a purpose-built central facility integrating manufacturing, R&D, and industrial testing. The architectural design reflects our commitment to sustainability, with the entire campus powered by an integrated microgrid incorporating solar generation and battery energy storage systems (BESS).

Supported by our in-house laboratories, advanced infrastructure, megawatt power testing platform and dedicated EMC testing facilities, the site provides accredited industrial testing services in cooperation with the China National Accreditation Service (CNAS) - our unique capability that adheres to our engineering-driven philosophy and commitment to quality assurance.

Overview of ActionPower's Central Headquarters

The central headquarters of ActionPower located at No. 3333 Run De Rd., Chang’an District was inaugurated in the end of Nov, 2025 after our business of programmable power supply was relocated into this new facility from our previous headquarter at No. 12, Information Avenue High-tech Zone. The central headquarters is of 40,000 square meter of area, with a whole team of production, research and development, sales and support to advance together with your power testing demands.

In-house Testing Laboratory - Vibration Test Bench

ActionPower has at its own disposal a laboratory and is a partner of CCIC who sets up a joint industrial testing laboratory taking advantage of our own comprehensive range of testing equipment.

The first corner to visit at our laboratory is the Vibration Test Bench with which we validate EUTs - typically our own programmable power equipment or devices sent over by our clients - with electrodynamic shakers, controllers, and amplifiers to simulate real-world stresses, detecting loose components, poor solder joints, and structural failures.

EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) Test Chamber

At ActionPower it is probably for the first time that you find that a supplier of power testing equipment is at its own disposal an in-house EMC testing chamber which is usually found within the facility of a professional industrial testing and inspection company. However, ActionPower takes one more step beyond manufacturing, research and development. With our comprehensive in-house testing facilities, we are able to cover your demands and work tightly with your testing project even during the pre-sales stage.

Walk-In Environmental Testing Chamber

ActionPower has several environmental testing chambers within our laboratory with which we can simulate real-world extremes—temperature, humidity, pressure, and vibration — while monitoring EUT's performance, efficiency, and reliability under stress.

Clients, during the initial stage of a power testing project, may send over their EUT to our laboratory so that we can identify failure points, validate design limits, ensure safety compliance, and test components like batteries, electronics, and motors.

Megawatt Testing Platform

We build in our own testing laboratory with our own programmable power systems a megawatt testing platform where we can evaluate EUTs such as utility-scale inverters, PCS and high-power equipment should the client require conducting trail testings before we substantially agree upon a project.

The testing platform consists of our own MVA grid simulators together with MW battery simulators. ActionPower is not just a manufacturer of power testing equipment, we take advantage of our own advanced testing solutions to comprehensively attend to and fulfil client's expectations.

Manufacturing & Assembly Facility

A building of 6 floors with each of them dedicated to our different product lines including rackmount modular power supplies, module-based cabinet system and tower-type high power systems. The manufacturing facility is monitored with our own smart and digitalized management system to keep tight track of each project's progress.

SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Production Line

ActionPower has three comprehensive SMT production lines backed by an intelligent warehouse system to support the manufacturing of our programmable power supplies. The three modern lines and the whole manufacturing building feature automated optical inspection (AOI) for quality assurance and traceability.

Smart Showroom

Leaving from the manufacturing building and while entering the office building we firstly go through ActionPower's smart showroom where you will be guided through a detailed introduction and presentation to ActionPower's trajectories since its establishment in 1996 and a wide range of our awards and credentials, together with equipment demonstrations displayed there.
